Jon Hardy, PT, MS, CWT
Jon graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1993 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  He is also a graduate of Lake Hamilton High School (1988).  He has extensive experience in orthopedics and geriatric care, working in hospitals, long-term care, home health and outpatient facilities.  After 10 years of self-employment as a subcontractor, he felt it was time to take on his own facility, giving him the ability to have a more direct impact on patient care.  He has owned and operated Tri-Lakes since 2003.  Since that time, the office has had the great fortune of expanding into a much larger facility, with great support from patients and the community.  He is also a certified weight trainer (CWT).
  Frank Warren, PT
Frank has been working as a therapist since 1991, working in outpatient facilities, inpatient facilities, home health, long-term care, and rehab.  He credits his initial interest in therapy to his wife.  After seeing her work as a speech pathologist, he realized he wanted a career that would allow him to help others.  He then enrolled in the University of Central Arkansas' physical therapy program.  He has been a Hot Springs resident since the late 1970's.  Frank heads the aquatic therapy program at Tri-Lakes, in addition to performing general patient care.
  Jason Wagnon, PT, DPT
Jason has been working as a Physical Therapist since 2000.  Soon after graduation, he returned to his home-town of Warren, Arkansas and began practicing at South Arkansas Rehabilitation in neighboring Monticello, AR.  The proximity to UAM allowed Jason to continue to treat the general public, while gaining further knowledge in high-level orthopedics at the collegiate athlete level.  After four years back home, Jason and his family decided to move to Hot Springs, where they have enjoyed much time visiting and vacationing through the years.
